Where can I go to place free ads for people who want weekend work - not career?
I am managing a project where I need to locate higher quality Independent Contractors for minimal jobs (min wage) and also for Independent Contractors to play characters for marketing events.
Any suggestions?

Write the add something like this Needed 3 great people to work weekends, last time we offered we had too many responses so this time please reply ...
Something that has calls to action.
