What is the level of seniority of the members of this tribe?....I get a lot of senior jobs thrown my way (VP, Director of Staffing) and wondered if this ftribe would be interested in me posting them here when they cross my desk?

It's a bit of a tricky question. I have been in this position for the past 3 years as a Director of Career Development at top appliead art schools. If it is a generic/public posting then go ahead and pass them on. If it is an individual you know who asking for you to point a few good people your way then I would hesitate to post them publicly.
