Greetings,

I am new here and wanted to extend an open hand to anyone interested in networking. I am very interested in networking with other Recruiting Managers regarding management style, ATS systems, Assessments, Structured interviews, and the latest and greatest tools of the trade so to speak.

Secondly, we all need someone to listen once in awhile.

Thirdly, it is great to get advise and often the voice of reason is heard when we listen to others.

Thomas Jefferson said it best..." I believe in Luck. The harder I work at it the more of it I seem to have."

Staying up on what is happening out there and working together as we face the looming storm ahead... as the boomers retire... will there be a Labor shortage?

Im also looking to make new friends and you are always invited to go fishing. I always have an extra Rod in the truck and I fish all over Hell's half acre as well.
