6 years of recruiting (IT, Scientific, Engineering - mostly contract), 1 year of on site work at a major pharma. client. Non-industry experience includes teaching and fundraising sales.
Recently turned down promotions in my company because of locations....and not real happy with the company culture itself.
Interested in advancement and more creative work. Phila area desired but will consider relo for career opportunities. Prefer to work in a social, team oriented environment. Gainfully employed and not in any rush.
Any suggestions/leads would be greatly appreciated.

Mon, January 10, 2005 - 9:08 AMMy situation has changed. My position is being eliminated....although I do have internal offers that would require relocation. I'd like to avoid that, so please post any tips or suggestions.
I'm open to other industries as well and prefer an opportunity with some leadership responsibilties or a great deal of interaction with clients.
